Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. They depend on the country you deliver to, and the checkout shows the price for your delivery country.
Delivery is free on orders over $99, for parcels up to 2 kg; a heavier parcel pays only for the weight above 2 kg. An item whose page says “Delivery charged at checkout” always has a delivery charge. Below $99, the charge depends on your country and the parcel’s weight, and it shows in your cart and at checkout.
Our prices don’t include import duties, taxes or customs fees. If your country charges them, you pay them, usually to the courier before delivery. See Delivery.
The payment methods you can use are shown at checkout.
Your order
When you place an order, we confirm it by email. If we can’t dispatch it on time, we’ll email you a new date, and you can then wait or cancel for a full refund.
We deliver to most countries. The countries we can deliver to are listed at checkout.
Delivery
We dispatch within 4–7 business days of your order being confirmed. Most orders arrive 12–20 business days after confirmation; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Full details: Delivery.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched.
You can return an unused instrument within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we replace or refund it at our cost. Full details: Returns and refunds.
Using our instruments
Our instruments are sold to adults and professionals. They are supplied non-sterile: clean and sterilise them before use.
