The Wullstein Suction Handle separates the grip and control section from the working tip, so a single handle drives a range of exchangeable suction tips without replacing the whole instrument. That modularity matters in a tympanoplasty or mastoidectomy tray, where the surgeon may need three or four different bore sizes and tip angles during the same procedure.
The integrated finger plate covers a vent hole in the shaft. Occluding it fully applies maximum suction; lifting the finger progressively reduces it to zero. At 11 cm overall the handle sits at the working distance for micro ear and nasal surgery.
