Original price was: $54.00.Current price is: $45.00.

Walsham septum straightening forceps with concave 32 × 7 mm jaws at 22.9 cm overall. The jaws deliberately do not meet — they compress the septum and nasal bones between concave faces without pinching through the mucosa. Left and right narrow patterns available.

The defining feature of the Walsham Septum Straightening Forceps is that its jaws are built not to close against each other. A normal forceps meets at the tips; the Walsham stops short, leaving a controlled gap. That gap is the design: the septum and its mucoperichondrium sit between two concave faces which apply corrective bending force across a broad area, without crushing the tissue at a line of contact.

The 32 × 7 mm jaw spreads that force along the length of the deviation rather than at one point. Left and right narrow patterns exist because a septal deviation is asymmetric — the surgeon selects the pattern that presents the concavity to the convex side of the deflection. The slender profile keeps the operative view open in a nostril already occupied by the instrument shaft.
