The Knight Polypus Turbinate Forceps carries a cup jaw of 5.0 × 12.0 mm — among the largest in the nasal range, and elongated rather than round. That combination targets two jobs at once. For polyps, the volume of the cup means fewer passes to clear a substantial mass. For turbinate work, the 12 mm length runs along the turbinate surface so a full strip of mucosa is taken in one bite rather than in a series of overlapping bites that leave a ragged margin.
At 19 cm overall with a 10.8 cm shaft, the instrument sits in the standard endoscopic working range for the middle meatus and inferior turbinate.
