The Gorney Septum Suction Elevator addresses the same two-hands problem as the Nasal Septum Suction Elevators set, but with a longer shaft and a specifically optimised tip. At 21 cm with a 3.0 mm blunt tip, it reaches deeper septal work — the posterior septum, the junction with the perpendicular plate of the ethmoid — where shorter instruments run out of length.
The blunt tip with a round suction hole elevates periosteum and perichondrium without perforating them. The suction clears the blood that immediately fills the dissection plane, keeping the flap edge visible at all times.
