The Daniel Endoscopic Forehead Suction Elevator is designed for the endoscopic browlift, where the surgeon works through a 1–2 cm incision behind the hairline with an endoscope in one hand and exactly one instrument in the other. That instrument must elevate the forehead periosteum, clear the bleeding that follows, and maintain a visible field — the suction elevator does all three.
The quarter-curved tip follows the frontal bone curvature, keeping the working edge flat against periosteum as it sweeps laterally toward the temporal crest. At 23.5 cm the instrument reaches from a paramedian incision to the lateral orbital rim.
