About Bone Graft Impactors
Bone graft impactors are tapped with a mallet to seat a graft between vertebrae. The anterior and lumbar impactors are straight, the cervical impactor has a 90° offset so the hand stays out of the view, and the Caspar instrument both holds and impacts the graft. Lengths run from 21.5 to 34 cm.
